"I have a complete, pixel-perfect FIGMA design and need it turned into a production-ready mobile application for both Android and iOS. The core of the product is an MCQ-based exam preparation system that lets students answer multiple-choice questions online and also sit for offline tests by importing a PDF.
Thr app has Subscription as well as Pay and use modle.
Alongside the test engine, the app must include a student community built around discussion forums. No private messaging or group chat is required—just a clean forum interface where users can post topics, reply, and follow threads.

Key functions to implement:
• Authentication and basic profile management
• Online multiple-choice test module with scoring and review
• Offline test option triggered by a PDF upload, with results stored locally then synced when online
• Discussion forum, organized by subject, with push notifications for new replies
• Admin dashboard or simple back-end endpoints so I can upload question banks, PDFs, and moderate forum posts

All screens are already laid out in FIGMA; I will supply assets and flows on day one. I’m looking to see the first working build fast—ASAP—so please detail how you will split work into milestones and which frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift) you prefer.

Final deliverables are:
1. Source code for Android and iOS
2. Compiled builds ready for Play Store and App Store submission
3. Brief documentation covering environment setup, build steps, and back-end endpoints
