"I need a lightweight mobile/tablet/web app that lets my staff capture new orders and track their progress from anywhere. The minimum viable product should cover:

• Order entry: the form must collect the client’s name and contact details, list selected products or services with prices, and automatically generate both a quotation for the client and a job card for our labour team.
• Status lookup: a quick search by order number or party name should instantly show the current stage, so anyone on my team can answer client queries on the spot.
• Basic administration: as the owner I must be able to create and edit staff accounts (storing only staff name and position for now) and manage our product catalog—specifically Door Types, Frames, and Accessories—without needing developer help.

Tech notes
• I’m open to any stack as long as it runs smoothly on both phones and tablets; cross-platform tools such as Flutter, React Native, or a responsive PWA are all acceptable.
• Keep the backend simple—Firebase, Supabase, or a slim REST API with a lightweight database is fine—as long as adding or editing catalog items is fast and reliable.
• No external integrations are required at this stage.

Deliverables
1. Working mobile app (APK, iOS TestFlight, or installable PWA) covering the features above.
2. Source code with clear setup instructions.
3. Brief user guide so staff can start creating orders and tracking them on day one.
