"My one-page HTML site includes a simple image slider that breaks as soon as the viewport drops below desktop width. On both smartphones and tablets the container overflows, images crop awkwardly, and navigation arrows jump out of place.

I need the slider to adjust its height and width dynamically, so it scales cleanly from small phones through full-size tablets without distortion or unwanted whitespace. The goal is zero horizontal scrolling, smooth swipe/tap control, and consistent aspect presentation on every breakpoint.

Timing is critical—I’d like the solution in hand before the day ends. I’ll send the current HTML, CSS, and JS immediately; you can either refine what’s there or swap in a lightweight alternative as long as the fix remains compact and dependency-free beyond what’s already included.

Deliverables:
• Updated HTML/CSS/JS implementing a fully responsive slider
• Tested on iPhone & Android smartphones
• Brief change log so I can follow the adjustments
