Scope
• Create a responsive, fully-functional website with Home, About, Portfolio/Gallery, Services, and Contact sections.
• Supply low-fidelity wireframes followed by polished visual mock-ups so we can lock the look before development.
• Develop the site on a user-friendly CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or a framework you recommend) so I can add new projects without touching code.
• Integrate smooth image galleries, subtle animations, and a lightweight contact form.
• Optimise for fast load times, basic on-page SEO, and cross-browser consistency.

Deliverables
1. Design assets: wireframes + final UI mock-ups.
2. Fully coded, responsive website deployed to my hosting.
