I need a complete system built that allows users to scan a QR code, generate random points, and track their total points over time. The system must also provide me (the owner) with access to all user data.

Core Features:
Consumer App (Mobile)
Users manually enter:

Name

Phone number or Unique ID

Scan a single QR code

Random points (10, 20, 30, or 40) are generated per scan

Points are added to their total

Total points are displayed to the user

Backend (Server + Database)
Stores each user’s name, phone/ID, and total points

Updates data every time someone scans the QR code

Prevents duplicate data entries

Option to limit scan frequency (daily, optional)

Admin Panel
Shows all users and their total points

Table format: Name | Phone | Total Points

Ability to search/sort/download/export data

Extra Info:
System must update data in real-time or on scan
