"I need my existing single-page site and its companion landing page rebuilt from scratch in clean, well-structured Laravel. I already have polished mock-ups, fonts, colours and layout guidance from the current live WordPress versions. Your task is to translate those assets into a responsive build that mirrors the visuals pixel for pixel on desktop and mobile.

The stack must stay native to Laravel (PHP 8.x, Blade templating, standard routing and controller separation). Feel free to lean on Bootstrap or Tailwind for styling—whatever gets the job done while keeping the CSS lean and maintainable. All text and images come from me, so you won’t be hunting for content; focus entirely on code quality, accessibility, and fast load times.

Deliverables I expect:
• A fresh Laravel project containing the 1-page site and the separate landing page, each reachable by its own clean URL
• Blade views that match my designs exactly, mobile-first and fully responsive
• Simple CMS-ready structure (partials for header, footer, and any repeating blocks) so future tweaks are painless
• Source pushed to a private Git repo with clear commit history and a short README outlining install steps and any environment variables

When handing over, please walk me through deployment on my VPS so I can flip the DNS as soon as we’re happy.
