"I need a full-featured web portal that lets customers discover, register for, and manage our in-store demo events. The system should feel as intuitive as a modern booking app while giving my team powerful back-office controls.

What I’m after
• Customer-facing calendar: mobile-responsive grid and list views with filters for store location, product category, and date range.
• Event pages: description, demo schedule, remaining seats, map, and a one-click registration form.
• Registration workflow: email (and optional SMS) confirmations, calendar-file attachment, reminder cadence, and easy cancellation or rescheduling.
• Admin dashboard: create/edit events, set capacity, upload images, clone recurring demos, export attendee lists (CSV), and view real-time sign-up stats.
• Multi-store management: each location can have its own landing URL while sharing the same central database.
• Integrations: iCal/Google Calendar sync, Mailchimp (or similar) mailing list update, and a clean REST/GraphQL API so we can surface events in future mobile apps.
• Analytics: track registrations, no-shows, and customer engagement; exportable reports.
• Security & scalability: role-based access, GDPR-compliant data handling, and deployment ready for cloud hosting (AWS or Azure).
• Documentation & hand-off: setup scripts, user manual, and a short video walkthrough so my team can maintain the portal confidently.
