"Project Overview

I am seeking an experienced software development team or freelancer to build and hand over a fully functional AI-powered claims triage and FNOL platform tailored for the insurance industry in Zambia and the wider African market.

The platform will allow policyholders to report claims via mobile app or web portal by uploading photos/videos of damages. The system will then use AI (computer vision) to automatically classify claim severity, flag potential fraud, and route the claim for auto-approval or manual review by claims officers.

The project must be delivered as a complete, stand-alone package — with all source code, documentation, and deployment rights transferred to me upon completion. The system will be my intellectual property, which I intend to license to multiple insurers across the region.

1. Develop a scalable, white-label InsurTech solution I can deploy across multiple insurers.
2. Improve claim turnaround times and reduce manual claim handling.
3. Demonstrate AI’s value in image-based claim triage and fraud detection.
4. Deliver a robust, professional platform ready for commercialization.

A. Customer Portal (Mobile App or Web)
* Secure registration and login.

B. Insurer / Admin Portal (Web Dashboard)
* Login for claims officers and administrators.

* Claim reports exportable to Excel or PDF.

C. Backend & AI Integration
* Use of off-the-shelf AI Vision APIs (Google Vision, AWS Rekognition, or Azure Cognitive Services).
* Image recognition to identify damage and classify severity.
* Rules engine to triage claims automatically based on confidence levels and value thresholds.
* API-ready architecture for future integration with insurer systems.

Technical Specifications

Ownership & Rights

* Full ownership and IP transfer: Upon final payment, all source code, data models, design files, and documentation will become my property.
* Developer will not retain rights to reuse, resell, or host the system elsewhere without my written consent.
* I will handle all future maintenance, hosting, and client support independently.
