"I need a Windows-based time-and-attendance application, paired with a mobile companion app, to help my small home-health team clock in and out accurately and compliantly. All punches must be validated by GPS so I can verify caregivers are on-site when their shift starts and ends.

Core requirements
• Three user roles—Administrator, Manager, and Employee—with the appropriate permissions baked in from day one.
• Desktop program for Windows that lets office staff create shifts, approve time, and run reports.
• Mobile app (Android and iOS) that allows employees to:
  – Clock in/out with automatic GPS validation
  – See upcoming schedules and published shifts
  – Submit leave requests and note their availability
  – Review their own scheduled shifts in a clean dashboard
-- Scalability as employee pool size increases and decreases. Currently between 80-100 employees but could scale larger at a later time.
Reporting
I rely on timely insights, so the system must generate:
• Daily clock-in/clock-out reports I can export to Excel or CSV
• Employee attendance summaries each pay period
• GPS location history tied to every punch for audit purposes

Scope & deliverables
I’m looking for a functional prototype that includes:
1. A Windows installer with a responsive, user-friendly UI
2. Mobile app builds (testable via TestFlight/Google Play internal testing)
3. A secure backend—cloud or on-premise—storing punch data and location records
4. Detailed setup and user documentation

After this phase we can discuss extra features such as automated payroll integration, push notifications, and custom analytics, so please architect the solution with modularity in mind.
