Scope
• Product strategy & feature roadmap based on business-to-business networking workflows
• End-to-end UX/UI design: low-fidelity wireframes through interactive Figma prototypes, mapped to Material Design guidelines
• Native Android development in Kotlin (Android Studio), including real-time feed, company profile pages, direct messaging, push notifications, and media uploads
• Secure backend (Firebase, AWS, or a comparable cloud stack) with REST/GraphQL APIs, role-based access control, and encrypted data storage
• Admin dashboard for user moderation, analytics, and content management
• Automated test suite, accessibility compliance, and performance optimization for varied device tiers
• Play Store deployment, release documentation, and knowledge-transfer session
• Post-launch support window for hotfixes and iterative enhancements
