"Gantt Chart:
The first deliverable for the course project requires teams to prepare a Gantt chart that outlines the planned timeline and sequence of activities for the software system under development. This chart should serve as a project management tool that visualizes tasks, dependencies, and milestones. In your team’s Gantt chart, clearly define the workflows for the software system that you are developing and describe the workload distribution for each workflow. More guidance was provided on the format and content via templates shared via Moodle. Include the workflows for Scope Management, Time Management, and key phases in your chosen topic.
Within the Gantt chart, each team must clearly define the workflows associated with the software project. Workflows should represent the main functional and development processes necessary to build the system. For each workflow, the team should specify:
Assigned personnel or team members responsible for the workflow or WBS
Workload distribution across individuals, ensuring balanced contributions.
Task descriptions that explain the role of each activity in the broader workflow.
The format and structure of the deliverable should follow the templates provided via Google Sheets, which guide both the content and level of detail expected. This deliverable demonstrates the team’s ability to translate project objectives into structured tasks, allocate responsibilities effectively, and set realistic timelines for execution.
