We are looking for an experienced Web Design Expert for the comprehensive revision and professionalization of our existing static website.

Your Tasks & Workflow
We seek a clear, iterative process to upgrade our site. Your workflow should include:

* Comprehensive Review & Design Suggestion: Analyze the current site's aesthetics and usability. Identify missing content, weaknesses in user guidance, and make suggestions for a modern visual design (UX/UI).

* Mock-up Creation: Based on the agreed-upon design concepts, you will create a visual mock-up of the new site to demonstrate the before-and-after effect and finalize the layout.

* Code Implementation via GitHub: Once the mock-up is approved, you will update the existing HTML/CSS code to match the new design. All code changes must be managed and implemented using GitHub for transparent version control.
Guarantee the finished website works flawlessly on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
