"Hand Scan Tool (Flutter Widget) – ML-Based Nail Size Estimator

What I Need:
I’m building a beauty-tech app using FlutterFlow. For this task, I only need a standalone Flutter widget (or self-contained module) that can:
Access the device camera
Detect a hand and validate pose using MediaPipe or a similar solution
Segment the nail beds on all fingers
Measure each nail bed’s width (in mm or pixels with scale reference)
Output those 10 nail size values in a simple format (e.g. JSON)

Deliverables:
Fully functional Flutter widget that can run in a test app or emulator
Nail size output (array of widths, indexed by finger)
Clean, documented code
No FlutterFlow integration required — I’ll handle integration later
Optional: basic UI just for testing the scan

What I Don’t Need (Yet):
You don’t need access to my FlutterFlow app
You don’t need to optimize, build, or restructure any part of my app
You don’t need to work on UX, full app logic, or styling

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Flutter + MediaPipe (or similar hand detection tool)
Familiar with basic ML-based object detection
Understands modular development – build what’s needed, not more
Communicates clearly and respects project scope
