"I need a developer (or small team) to build the first stage of a Field Technician Dispatch Platform.
The system connects a WordPress admin dashboard with an Android app used by field operators.
Admins will manage incoming service calls, create jobs, and dispatch them to nearby operators. Operators receive notifications, submit quotes, update job progress, and handle payments — all synced with WordPress.
Clients are not app users; they call in to request help.
Core Components
1. WordPress Admin Plugin
Used by office staff to:
Create new service jobs with client & vehicle info
Dispatch jobs to operators within ~35 km radius
View incoming bids and assign one operator
Track job status updates in real time
Manage payments and cash collection balances
View each operator’s balance (platform owes / operator owes)
2. Android Operator App
Used by field technicians to:
Receive push notifications for nearby jobs
Accept or reject jobs and quote a price
View assigned jobs and navigate to client/destination
Update live job status (Accepted → En Route → At Scene → Clear → Completed)
Upload photos and fill a quick Condition Report (simple drawing on a car outline)
Handle cash collection, payment confirmations, and see balance info
Toggle availability (share GPS when active)
