"I’m building a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets our clinic guide a select group of patients through a fixed series of treatment steps. Each step is unlocked only after the patient uploads photo or document evidence, so secure media capture and storage are central to the workflow.

Core flow
• Patients log in, see their personal treatment roadmap, and upload the required proof (image or PDF) for the current step.
• Administrators review each submission, approve or reject it, and trigger the next step automatically.
• A simple dashboard shows overall progress, pending approvals, and any patients who have stalled.

Key requirements
• Modern, intuitive UI that keeps non-technical patients engaged.
• Encrypted file upload with size limits, basic cropping for images, and automatic file-type validation.
• Push/email notifications to remind patients when a new step is ready or when a submission needs correction.
• Cloud-based database and storage (Firebase, AWS, or another solution you’re comfortable with) so we can scale without heavy in-house infrastructure.
• Admin web panel is a plus, but the priority is full control from within the app.
• Clean, modular codebase and brief technical hand-over notes so our internal tech team can maintain future versions.
