"When visitors move their cursor over any image on my WordPress site they currently see the file name—e.g., “deepi.jpg.” I want that hover text gone across the entire site.

I’m open to the cleanest approach, whether that’s a small CSS rule, a tweak in [login to view URL], or a lightweight plugin you configure for me; the key requirement is that the filename never appears on hover for any image, in any theme location, while the images themselves and their alt text (used by screen-readers and SEO) remain untouched.
