"I need my existing service-based website rebuilt from the ground up in WordPress so it’s easier to update, faster, and fully responsive. The core purpose of the site is to present each service clearly and encourage enquiries, so the heart of this project is a set of well-structured service description pages that are SEO-friendly and simple for me to edit.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Full WordPress setup and clean theme implementation (lightweight custom theme or a well-supported builder such as Elementor or Gutenberg blocks—open to your recommendation).
• Replication of all current content and design elements, improving layout where it benefits UX and load speed.
• Dedicated service description pages built with best-practice on-page SEO (headings, meta, schema, alt tags).
• Seamless migration from the old site with working redirects so no ranking or link equity is lost.
• Responsive performance testing on mobile, tablet, and desktop with a target load time under three seconds on GTmetrix or similar.
• Final hand-over including admin credentials, theme/child theme files, and a brief Loom video walkthrough of how to edit pages.
