"**Title:** Front-End Developer Needed for React Real Estate Platform

**Description:**
We are building a full-featured real estate platform with React and need a skilled front-end developer to bring our design and functionality to life. This is a copy-paste-ready build — all assets, images, and placeholders are provided.

**Project Scope:**

* Build a **React platform** with multiple pages including:

* Home / Landing Page
* Listings Page
* Seller Dashboard
* Investor Dashboard
* Implement **hero sections, maps, and contact forms**
* Integrate **WhatsApp button** (number will be added later)
* Include **sticky order forms** and **exit-intent popups**
* Use **blue theme** with provided design placeholders
* Include **logo placeholder** (SVG of a white house outline with “AI” letters inside)
* Platform should be **responsive and production-ready**

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of **React, HTML, CSS, JS**
* Experience with **responsive layouts and UI design**
* Ability to implement **interactive components** (maps, popups, forms)
* Attention to detail and ability to follow **provided design assets**

**Assets Provided:**
