"Resume Writer Needed (AI/ML Engineer Domain) | Job Agency Project

About the project:
I run a job placement agency that helps students secure full-time roles in the U.S. tech market. We work with candidates across various technologies — Java, Data Engineering, AI/ML, etc.
Until now, I personally handled all resume creation when a new student onboarded. I now want to delegate this task to a professional who can create high-quality, ATS-optimized resumes in a given format/template.

What you’ll do:

Prepare resumes for candidates (starting with AI/ML Engineer) using the provided format.

Optimize for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) using the right keywords and formatting.

Ensure the resume achieves 80+ ATS score in at least 6 out of 10 job postings (I will verify this via my ATS tool).

Deliver clean, professional, and consistent formatting.

Deliverables:

One final resume (PDF + editable Word/Google Docs version)

Proper keyword optimization for AI/ML roles

Ideal Freelancer:

Experienced in resume writing for tech roles (AI/ML, Data, Software, etc.)

Familiar with ATS keyword optimization tools (Resumeworded, Jobscan, Rezi, etc.)

Strong English and professional writing skills

Trial & Ongoing Work:

This is a trial project for one resume.
If you perform well, we’ll assign you multiple resumes each week for other technologies (Java, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
