"I already have a working demo of a Cursor-like Windows desktop app and a clear roadmap for a full-featured premium release. The main priority at this stage is application performance: I want noticeably quicker start-up, snappier navigation, and rock-solid stability even under heavy use. While the UI and new feature set will get attention later, every change you make now should keep those upcoming layers in mind.

You can work in C#, WinUI/WPF, Electron, or a comparable framework—whatever lets you profile, refactor, and optimise most effectively on Windows. I’ll provide the current source, a list of pain points, and the target spec for the premium build. You’ll provide:

• a refactored codebase with documented performance gains
• an updated Windows installer/build pipeline ready for further features
• concise notes on any architectural decisions so we can collaborate long-term

If you’ve tuned productivity tools, code editors, or similar apps before, you’ll feel right at home.
