"As agreed during our earlier conversation, I’m ready to move ahead with the next round of refinements to the site’s shipping logic. The task covers three areas: rates, methods, and zone configuration, and it applies to both domestic and international orders. All previous work is already in place; I only need the incremental changes we discussed, delivered and tested on the live server and staging copy.

Please follow the sequence we outlined:
1. Adjust every affected shipping zone so the new rate matrix is reflected accurately.
2. Introduce or retire methods where noted, making sure they appear only in the correct zones.
3. Confirm that rate-calculation behaves identically in cart, checkout, and order-review screens for domestic and international destinations.
4. Run a quick regression test on weight-based and subtotal-based triggers to ensure no side effects.

Acceptance criteria:
• Correct rates and methods surface for each zone with no discrepancies between staging and production.
• International and domestic shipments calculate within the tolerance we set earlier (± $0.01 from reference sheet).
• No console or server errors appear in checkout flow.
