"We are looking for a reliable right-hand peron who can keep my schedule running smoothly, keeping emails under control, and help me launch and maintain a website that sells my training, coaching and mentoring programs. It is preferable if this person has some expertise in content creation, vedio editing.

Here’s what I need day-to-day:
• Calendar management – confirm meetings, send reminders, and rearrange conflicts without prompting so I never miss a session.
• Email triage – filter, flag and draft replies so my inbox stays at zero and clients feel heard quickly.
• Content & marketing support – draft short posts, pull together newsletter snippets, and upload them to social channels or the site when approved.
• Website development – build or refine a simple sales-focused site (think course listings, payment gateway, and booking flow) and keep pages updated as new programs roll out. WordPress, Shopify or another mainstream CMS is fine as long as the checkout process is friction-free. Accoding to signed NDA and contract for 90 days.

Success for me looks like a calendar that’s always current, an inbox that’s organised, polished content ready for review, and a live site that converts visitors into paying students.
