"I need an end-to-end cloud service on Microsoft Azure that turns a text script into a finished video and delivers it through a Telegram bot.

Core flow
1. User sends a .txt script to the bot.
2. Service generates visuals with an AI image model.
3. Text-to-speech creates the voice track.
4. Video renderer merges images, audio, effects and burned-in subtitles.
5. Bot keeps the user updated on progress and returns the final MP4 for download.

Key requirements
• Telegram bot as the sole user interface for now (a web GUI may follow later).
• Azure native architecture, configured for GPU workloads where needed.
• Modular microservices:
– Image generation (AI model of your choice).
– Audio generation (cloud TTS).
– Subtitle creator.
– Video rendering pipeline.
• Orchestrator that runs tasks in parallel and scales automatically.
• Status reporting and basic logging for troubleshooting.
