"I’m building an interactive fashion e-commerce site that lets shoppers upload a photo, pick garments, and instantly see themselves in realistic 3D try-ons. The core flow is: user uploads a full-body picture, chooses items from our Casual or Formal collections, and the page renders a true-to-scale 3D composite of that outfit on their own silhouette.

Here’s the experience I need you to deliver:
• AI-driven virtual fitting room that accepts single-photo uploads and maps garments to body shape with accurate fabric drape and lighting.
• Real-time 3D model generation (no static images or videos) displayed in the product page carousel and on a dedicated “My Look” viewer. WebGL or similar tech is fine as long as it runs smoothly on desktop and mobile.
• E-commerce foundation—shopping cart, secure checkout, order history—integrated with the try-on module so size, color, and accessory choices instantly update the 3D view.
• Product management dashboard where I can add or edit Casual wear and Formal wear SKUs, upload garment meshes/textures, and assign metadata (sizes, colors, prices).
• Basic analytics hooks (GA4 or similar) to track engagement with the virtual fitting feature.

Tech stack suggestions are welcome; I’m comfortable with React, Node, Python, and popular AI vision libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, but I’m open to your proposal if it speeds development or improves accuracy.
