"I need a lightweight app that lets users look up voter records quickly. The core requirement is a single search box where someone can type either a voter’s name or their voter ID number and immediately see the matching details.

Scope at this stage is deliberately lean:
• A clean, single-screen interface with the search box and a results list.
• Local data storage you set up for testing (a small sample dataset is fine so I can see it working).
• Clear, well-commented source code so I can expand the dataset later.

No social feed, messaging, or photo features—just the search function. If you can deliver an Android APK or a simple web-based prototype, that works; let me know which you prefer and why. I’m happy to supply a CSV of voter names and IDs once we begin, or you can mock the data for the demo.
