Think of it as a streamlined networking hub where an organization can present itself, allow people to discover individual profiles, and open real-time chat channels for announcements or direct conversation.

Primary audience
The entire experience is geared toward NGOs, so usability, accessibility, and a simple onboarding flow are essential.

Core functionality
Profile discovery: users browse or search member profiles with key filters.
Chat & announcements: a built-in messenger that supports both private messages and broad updates from the NGO to everyone who follows them.
Scalable architecture: I expect the user base to grow over time, so please propose an approach that keeps performance smooth (Firebase, AWS Amplify, or your recommended stack).

Deliverables
• Complete source code for iOS and Android (React Native or Flutter preferred, but I’m open to a solid native solution)
• Basic UI/UX aligned with common NGO branding standards
• Simple admin panel to manage users and push notifications
• Documentation covering setup, deployment, and any third-party services used

Acceptance criteria
The app must run on current Android and iOS versions, let a new user sign up, discover at least one profile, and exchange chat messages without errors. Push notifications for group announcements should arrive within ten seconds in a typical 4G scenario.
