"I’m looking for a lean MVP that lets people bid on items in two distinct spaces:

• Our Catalog – I list our company’s goods (all product categories) and open them to the public.
• Marketplace – outside sellers I approve—both individuals and businesses—add their own listings.

Only fixed-time auctions are needed for this first release.

Core functions I must have:
- Buyer/Seller sign-up and login
- Admin panel to approve or block third-party sellers
- Item upload with images, starting price, and auction duration
- Real-time bid updates, countdown timer, and automatic bid increment
- Winner notification and basic order history for all users

A clean, functional UI is enough for now; advanced design and extras can come later. I’m flexible on the tech stack: a straightforward web build (e.g., React + Node, Laravel, Django) or a hybrid mobile approach—choose whatever lets you move fastest.
