"I need to overhaul the logic that builds our Sales Agreement and related project documents. The current generator no longer meets our workflow, so I’m ready for a full code rebuild that delivers three clear outcomes:

• Sales Agreement – Project Cost Tables
- Each Option must stand on its own set of cost tables.
- A concise summary table should lead, followed by detailed analytical tables per Option.

• Project Data Sheet
- Add “Design Dry Stack” to the Application dropdown so it behaves like all other applications in the interface.

• Calculation Adjustments tied to “Design Dry Stack”
- When selected, mortar yield locks at 18 sf per bag—no extra material lines should appear.
- Corner quantity and cost must use a new formula (I will supply the exact equation before you code that segment).

The existing codebase is available, but you’re free to refactor or start fresh as long as the final output integrates back into our platform seamlessly and remains easy to maintain. Please make sure everything is unit-tested, clearly commented, and demo-ready." (client-provided description)
