"I need to automate our iFood Web Dashboard so every new order is instantly identified and the right message goes out without manual effort. Because I don’t have API or webhook access, I prefer a Chrome extension that reads the dashboard DOM in real time.

Core flow
• Detect each new incoming order on the dashboard.
• If the buyer is a first-time customer, send a friendly welcome message.
• If the buyer has ordered before, send a loyalty thank-you.
• Any reply or special request from the customer must be forwarded to a specific WhatsApp number the moment it appears.
• The extension must keep a local or cloud-based record to ensure the same order isn’t processed twice.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready Chrome extension with source code.
2. Simple configuration file or UI where I can edit the two message templates and the WhatsApp forwarding number.
3. Documentation covering installation, permissions required, and how duplicate suppression works.
4. Brief hand-off session (video call or written guide) so I can test live on my own dashboard.
