"I’m creating a mobile-first social network that offers the addictive, swipe-up video feed people know from TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram, but with our own twist. The very first milestone is flawless video sharing—record, upload and watch short clips with zero lag.

All clips will be user-generated, so the back-end has to handle unpredictable spikes in uploads and views. If you’ve worked with AWS Elemental MediaConvert, Cloudflare Stream or similar, that experience will help us keep performance rock-solid.

For the MVP, these interactive video features are non-negotiable:
• Filters and effects (AR masks, colour tweaks, slow-mo, etc.)
• Live streaming with real-time comments
• Duet functionality so creators can record side-by-side with existing clips

I want native-level smoothness on both iOS and Android. I’m flexible on the stack—React Native, Flutter or fully native—as long as performance stays silky. A lightweight web admin panel for moderation and basic analytics can follow once the core video experience is live.

Initial deliverables I’d like to see:
1. An MVP app that lets users sign up, shoot, edit with filters, publish, watch, like and comment, including live streams and duets.
2. Back-end API, database schema and cloud infrastructure scripts, all documented for one-click deployment.
3. A simple design system (logo placeholder, colours, typography) to keep the UI consistent.
4. A short walkthrough video or live demo session explaining code structure and deployment steps.
