"I need an app made that will
Scan a QR Code then prompt for a daily forklift safety check. This information then needs to be stored on the phone as a CSV and emailed out automatically.
The user will open the app and a large scan button will be the main screen.
The scan button will open the camera and the QR code on the vehicle will be scanned.
The next screen will have check boxes to be ticked. Oil/Water/Hydraulics/Tyres/Leaks
Then another box for fault found. And a text input for the fault. Another check box for "does this require tag out" and yes or no is the answer.
After that there is a send button that will log the date and the boxes and the faults into csv then save on the app as a history tab as well as email it out. The sending email address will be set via a settings page and the reviever email address will be on the settings page. The subject of the email will be also set on the settings page.
The astheitc of the app will be a dark blue backgorund with white input spaces and black writing." (client-provided description)
