"I’m creating a small training brand called BLT Training, which helps landlords build stronger tenant relationships through communication, professionalism, and trust.

On an existing WordPress website ([login to view URL]), I want a free (no cost) interactive self-assessment that calculates scores automatically — no payments, no login, just a smooth user experience that "resets" the survey and results for each new visitor. I want the visitor who takes the assessment to see the results in a graphic (target chart - like a pizza with 8 slices - each a different color - that each show 8 different average competency scores, highlighting whether they fall in one of four levels in each of the competencies: Emerging, Developing, Proficient, or Exemplary) and a list of recommendations in text based on their scores in each competency.

-Custom interactive self-assessment (~40 questions, 5-point scale) that:
-Calculates results by 8 unique categories and an overall score.
-Displays downloadable results instantly on-screen with a visual target chart and recommendations to improve scores
-Two-page flow with local storage (no long URLs) / Flow: Survey page saves scores to local storage → redirects to Results page → reads & clears values.
-Form with 8 scores (1–5), redirect with query string
-Results page: radar chart (0–5), domain + overall averages
-Dynamic recommendations based on domain averages
-Mobile-responsive, keyboard accessible, readable on print
-“Reset” (clears to defaults) and “Print” button
-BLT Training branding (logo, colors, fonts)
-Works so that every new visitor can take the survey fresh and see their own results without seeing anyone else's results
-Simple backend editing so I can update text or questions later
