"I’m looking for a purpose-built project management application that lets me monitor every stage of our EV battery manufacturing in real time and it should consist of 5 gates . The core requirement is robust progress tracking and it should send email to there manager and if due date exceded or it would affect the another process or task and it should send reminder mail and alert mail to responsibile and acountable persone : I need clear visual cues—Gantt, Kanban, or a similarly intuitive layout—that instantly show where each production batch, procurement task, and quality checkpoint stands against its deadline, and where bottlenecks are forming.

All shop-floor and office systems run on Windows, so native or reliably packaged Windows compatibility is essential. If you can design the tool to be web-based or easily ported elsewhere later, that’s a plus, but Windows support cannot be compromised.

Clean dashboards, straightforward data entry for line supervisors, and optional hooks (API, CSV, or direct database access) to pull figures from our existing MES/ERP will set your proposal apart, though the very first milestone can focus solely on getting the progress-tracking core running smoothly.
