Scope for this initial build
• Splash screen and simple home screen with placeholder content.
• Intuitive navigation scaffold (tabs or drawer) already wired up.
• Modular project structure and dummy service layer so new screens or APIs can drop in easily later.
• Clear build instructions that work in Xcode and Android Studio, plus a short hand-off walkthrough.

Tech preference
I’m open to Flutter or React Native—whichever you can deliver most efficiently while keeping future maintenance straightforward.

Deliverables
1. Complete source code in a private repo.
2. Tested release builds (.ipa & .apk) ready for TestFlight and internal Android testing.
3. A concise README covering environment setup, build commands, and where to plug in new features.
