Continuous Hi tech Class Room Monitor
Project – Continuous Classroom Monitoring of Data and creating notification on crossing the limits – for 4 Nos. CLASSROOMs each located at 5 different SCHOOL, at each SECTOR for the CITY of Odisha. There are 30 SECTORs in the CITY of Odisha.

*Field Instruments:*
L0-For Each CLASSROOM process parameters to monitor is Temperature and NOISE meter
Temperature is monitored through Temperature transmitter and NOISE through NOISE meter
L1-The signal output from Temperature transmitter and NOISE meter is 4-20mA which is fed to Temperature indicator and NOISE indicator
L2- Level-The Temperature and NOISE indicator transmits RS 485 data to a 4G sim/wifi based gateway.
The gateway is capable to read RS 485 signals from the process and NOISE indicators
The data read by 4g sim/wifi based indicator needs to push the data to the desired URL for monitoring on the dashboard.
Creation of a dashboard to record real-time Temperature and NOISE monitoring
The Design Temperature and NOISE value to be derived from CLASSROOM master data

If the realtime monitored Temperature is above design Temperature of the CLASSROOM – A notification is generated stating Message : Violation of CLASSROOM Act – “CLASSROOM No.” of “SCHOOL Name” Temperature High at “Value” Deg C recorded at “Time hh:mm , Date –mm/dd/yyyy” exceeded design Temperature “Value” Deg C .-Penalty Applicable max 100K INR +1 K Each Day , “Occupier name” and “Occupier Number “

If the CLASSROOM Temperature is detected after the Inspection Date
Alert /Message : Violation of CLASSROOM Act Chapter V Clause-28 a- Form VI expiry – Penalty – 100 K +1 K INR. “Occupier name” and “Occupier Number “

*Condition -5 RLA*
System Generated Auto Message Every 24 Hours once- : “CLASSROOM Due for RLA Inspection “ when current date is within 180 days before “ Next Inspection Due Date”
Alarm message only on Dashboard DB-1

*Condition -6 -Normal and Safe*
Condition -1,2,3,4,5 is healthy – CLASSROOM status NORMAL and Running Safe
No alerts are generated. And CLASSROOM is considered as running safe

*Condition -7*
CLASSROOM Temperature and NOISE reading drops suddenly to less than 50% of design Temperature and Finally Zero in 3 hrs.
