"I’m looking for a skilled web developer to take my new site from concept to launch. The precise purpose and style—whether e-commerce, portfolio, or a content-driven blog—will be defined together, so I need someone comfortable advising on the best fit and then building it.

Scope I have in mind
• Help me refine goals, sitemap, and basic wireframes.
• Build a responsive, modern front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Implement the back-end on whichever platform we agree makes sense—WordPress, a fully custom stack, or Shopify are all on the table.
• Set up essential plugins or apps for SEO, security, and analytics.
• Connect contact forms and basic payment or newsletter integrations if required.
• Provide two rounds of refinements after first delivery and hand over a short user-guide so I can update content myself.
