"I need a clear, step-by-step video walkthrough that shows me how to build and deploy a fully self-hosted dynamic QR-code system from scratch. The key requirement is that no external “QR-as-a-service” platforms or subscriptions are involved; every line of code and all data stay on my own server.

The finished solution must let each customer log in to a simple front end where they can switch the QR’s destination to a weblink, an image, plain text or even a video link whenever they like. After each change, anyone scanning the printed QR should immediately see the new content without having to reprint.

I’m happy for you to choose the stack—PHP, Node.js, Python or another mainstream option—so long as you explain your decisions on camera and keep the dependencies light. Please narrate every step: setting up the database (if needed), generating the QR, creating the redirect logic, securing the dashboard, and deploying to a live domain.
