"I’m seeking a freelance, part-time interviewer who can step in whenever we have a Flutter candidate ready for the hot seat. Your core task is simple but critical: run a 45- to 60-minute online technical interview, probe the candidate’s knowledge of Flutter itself, and dig into the practical areas we care about most—API integration, state management strategies, and sound UI/UX principles.

Because our stack is 100 % Flutter, you’ll need to speak the language fluently and feel at home inside Dart DevTools, the Flutter SDK, and Firebase. After each session, you’ll submit a concise written report that scores the candidate on technical depth, problem-solving approach, and code clarity, followed by a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.

You should already have:
• A strong software development background with professional Flutter projects under your belt
• Prior interviewing or team-lead experience so you can keep the conversation structured and on-time
• Reliable communication skills and the ability to jump on short-notice calls across time zones

Logistics:
Remote, per-interview compensation (rate is negotiable and we pay promptly). Interviews are scheduled as candidate flow dictates; flexibility is key.
