"I’m building a single digital platform for Bison Car Care that splits into three interconnected parts: a public-facing marketing site, an internal administrative portal, and a mobile-friendly Progressive Web App. The platform underpins our overnight, subscription-based car cleaning service, so stability, speed and an effortless user journey are critical.

What the customer sees
The marketing site must revolve around our three-tier plans—Basic, Standard and Premium—showing prices, what’s included, and clear calls to subscribe. After sign-up, motorists will manage their membership, cards on file, and bookings inside the PWA. They can bolt on extra services at will: Waxing, Car detailing, Cut & polish, or Minor Body Repair.

How the business runs
Because we schedule work by postcode clusters, I need an admin portal where staff can drag-and-drop jobs onto nightly runs, push proof-of-work photos back to customers, and view plan metrics. Building managers will access a trimmed-down dashboard for their premises only.

Key deliverables
• Marketing website focused on subscription conversion
• Customer & technician PWA (offline capable, push notifications)
• Web-based admin portal with scheduling, payment reconciliation and photo uploads
• Single sign-on across all three touchpoints, Stripe (or similar) payment integration, and REST/GraphQL API layer tying everything together

Acceptance criteria
The build is complete when a user can sign up for any tier, add an extra service, get automatically routed into a job roster, and receive a photo confirmation—all without leaving the ecosystem or encountering errors.
