"I have already built a custom form inside Zoho Desk, but it currently lacks an upload field. I now need one document-type attachment to be accepted with every submission and to live inside the related Zoho Desk ticket/record, not in external storage.

Here is what I expect from you:

• Add a file-upload field that limits users to a single document (PDF, DOC, XLS, etc.).
• Make sure the file is saved directly to the Zoho Desk record generated by the form.
• Deliver the finished Deluge script, API call, or extension code you use, along with a brief usage note so I can maintain it later.
• Test with me to confirm a clean upload, proper MIME handling, and visibility in the ticket’s Attachments section.
