"My Dental Care platform is already live on Laravel but a handful of critical bugs are standing in the way of day-to-day use. I’d like to work with someone who can jump straight into a clean, organised codebase (Laravel, MySQL, vanilla JS) and resolve the following:

• Appointment table – the front-end shows the wrong time slots even though the back-end logic is sound. I need those slots corrected so patients only see what is truly available.
• User form – the form refuses to submit; there’s no validation feedback, just a silent fail. I need it submitting smoothly and returning standard Laravel validation errors when required.
• Case module – assigning a case to a doctor currently throws error messages. The save routine and any related Ajax must be repaired so assignments stick without exceptions.
• Label tags – a few labels are mis-linked or missing their “for” attributes; please tidy these up for accessibility.
• Bulk email – add a simple interface that lets me select multiple users and fire off a templated email (updates, reminders, etc.). A queued job using Laravel Mail is fine as long as it scales.

Deliverables will be merged to a private Git repo and should include concise commit messages plus a short README line if any new ENV keys are required for mailing. I will test on staging; once the above items are confirmed fixed, the job is done.
