"Cavisa Oil Lda is upgrading its Seahawk cementing unit so every sack pumped, part replaced, and pressure test performed is captured automatically instead of on paper.

What I need is a combined data-management and inventory-tracking system that plugs into the unit’s existing sensors and PLC signals, stores the raw readings securely, and turns them into useful information on a live dashboard. The dashboard should refresh in real time, giving operations staff instant visibility of:

• Daily operation logs (volumes, rates, pressures, temperatures)
• Cement-usage reports (blend, density, total sacks, leftovers)
• Equipment-replacement records (part number, reason for change, time stamp)

I expect clean database architecture, user-friendly web or tablet interface, and straightforward export to Excel/PDF for our engineers and for TotalEnergies’ end-of-job documentation. If the solution can interface with a barcode or RFID reader for inventory counting, even better.

Acceptance criteria
1. Hardware data streamed and stored with no manual re-keying.
2. Dashboard values match field gauges within an agreed tolerance during a live test.
3. One-click generation of a consolidated report covering a full job.
4. Replacement parts automatically deducted from stock and flagged when reorder level is hit.
