Project description:
"From a Business Architect point of view to design the Admin Tool management for internal and in-house (to be) coded multipurpose "customer - Order- Delivery by Courier" description "critical customer order and fleet management and customer service supervision functions".

This is aimed at the moment to commercial Product owner who has to describe to IT (coders) what is needed from "business user point of view"

You will qualify mostly for this project if you have been in IT coding as commercial user contact or vice versa You have been between link in Business Arhitect or Business Developer or otherwise helped more on commercial side to create from scratch solutions that You have first decribed to business person and later helped to put the project in JIRA or other tool for IT to pick up the development. Also specially if You have worked in operations in any global or large Food Delivery platforms or executed tasks related to industry so You have basic knowledge without any IP or confidentially protected breaches.

What do we need to describe (as example below, but we expect much more detailed and enriched and "nice looking and modern aspects"

1. " Fleet manager tool"
1.1Meaning that in Google Map based GPS location and statuses of all couriers who have logged in for work in their (our produced mobile APP) Mobile phones. We would need to see them physically in large monitor as for example" green Car symbols"
1.2 We would need to see our Merchants on same map so we see their proximity to them You can describe how ever You want the Merchant display, as Shop picture and name.
--Both Courier and merchant can be clicked- and in case or couries We would see how many orders they have been (in seperate window) have delivered last 1h, since Logged in as active, Last 5, 7,14, 30d, 60, 90 Day average deliveries per one Hour that they have been logged in and how much have they earned EUR averagely per logged on hours and how many hours have they worked per each selected period. Their rating what they have received from Customer average for the period in question and what has been their average (minutes delivery time) from A) Accepting order B) picking up TO Delivery.

All raw data for those would be available from IT, but You need to describe what A) Business user sees, B) in appendix or footnote mark all data fields You believe are needed so we can make sure relevant data is collected.

1.3 Order Supervision
As Client (via mobile APP) places order, these should be in List based on some time filters? so we can see latest, or most recent, but MOST importantly Some Red coloring or pushed pop up screen with Order number and Mercant name and location and Client Delivery address info WITH color coding for example, if client order has been more than 2Minutes without Merchant Confirmation yellow, if over 5minutes RED and again somehow on top of some list or automatical pop up for customer flow manager,. If The Courier has accepted to pick up by Merchant (also describe how the system first sends it to max 3 closest(under 2km?) free couries (from the merchant) if no acceptance in 30seconds, widens to 5km? . Then describe how couriers who have accepted order but cancel that it goes back to Courier offering and if Courier has picked up but is not by GPS moving closer to its one or several clients. Generall think how to build initial logic how in case many orders we would logically maximise the orders to couriers and clients by Geolocation logic (You are allowed to use 1h " waiting que for orders" before they are allocated to Courier logically thinkin how can one courier pick up as many orders from same or nearby mercants and only to be offered orders that are to same direction (clients). So fleet optimization. This will be later be done by data scientist and AI, but we need inital hard coded logic.

We need all sort of alarms / dynamic lists with view for example;

Order nr 1, Mercant A, Not confirmed by merchant over 2minutes
Order Nr2, Mercant A, confirmed (timestamp), no Courier acceptance over 2minutes/5minuts etc
Order Nr3, Mercant B, Confirmed by Mercant, Picked up by Courier, estimated delivery time from google maps 25minutes expressed to client ) so" ETA" and if exceeded or Estimated by automatical every 1minute run google maps estimation so if exceeded or Estimated Exceeding over XX minutes then update to client APP and visible to Fleet manager so he/she can call or contact courier.

1.4 Assume clients will IN APP use customer service where they chat a problem, offer some BOT program and logic how it would first ask what You need assistance and basic (please think here logically) what is needed beside these basics;

(if nr 2 is selected it will ask
a) Are You missing any items
b) was there any items damages
if a or b selected the order is displayd and client can choose
We will then have replies such as ( we have credited for You the missing item, does this solve your problem, if YES; logical closure question if anything needd by clients, if reply NO, then describe how this is escalated to Customer support who will continue human chat)

On top of all these think of possible reports, orders active in EUR, units, how many couriers online, think of SLA levels how to define.

So above wher examples but close to realities, If You describe above but in professional way so that it

A) Can be presented to Product owner who will ammend it and send to IT coding as task and as instruction to Fleet manager who is using system (visualise some of these tools as example)
B) Has information as appendix linked to each data point/staus that is needed to collect and store in back end system database for this function to work
C) We see that You have expanded alot our primitive description above

We will continue with You later dont write now the Full system, because for that you would need to communicat with us alot and for a month, make now above much more impressively and by added elements both from business side and logic and how to be user friendly and some display example what it would look like (Some functions)
