"I’m ready to move HealNow from concept to production and need a full-cycle developer or team to create both the web and mobile experiences in parallel. The goal is a smooth, unified platform where patients across India can:

• Search doctors by specialization or location
• See real-time availability alongside rich hospital details
• Book in-person slots or launch an instant teleconsultation

Key flows I want polished from day one: quick account creation, intuitive search filters, calendar-style availability, secure video consult, and automated confirmations / reminders. An internal dashboard for doctors and clinics should let them update schedules and review bookings just as easily.

Please factor in a scalable backend (API-driven), strong data security for health information, and clean, modern UI that works reliably on common browsers plus Android and iOS devices. Final deliverables will be:

1. Production-ready web app (responsive)
2. Native or cross-platform mobile apps published to Google Play and the App Store
3. Admin/doctor portal
4. Source code, documentation, and basic deployment guide
