Proposed Feature Remarks
1. Dashboard
• Overview of total employees, posts, courts, and deputations
• Visual summary of filled vs. vacant positions
• Date-wise comparison (e.g., 05.08.2025 vs. 11.09.2025) Date-wise comparison is not required as there are many dates starting from 2015 and further the same is never ending process.
2. Employee Database
• Employee Master Record with details like:
o Name, Gender, Designation, Category
o Court Assigned
o Status (Permanent / Temporary / Adhoc / Vacant)
o HRMS / Bill Serial Number
• Track changes in postings between dates
• Record remarks and deputation notes Yes, Some details are required to be added in the Employee Database. I have added those in my Draft, which I am enclosing
3. Post Management
• Post-wise record for each court
• Link each post with employee details
• Compare employee assigned to a particular post on different dates
• Highlight changes (New joining, Vacancy filled, or Transfer) Yes
