"I need a small utility that performs two related tasks on my personal WhatsApp account.

First, the tool should scan every chat in my WhatsApp (around 1,000 contacts) and export every phone number—both saved and unsaved—into a single Excel workbook. I want two clear columns that distinguish them: one for numbers already saved in my phonebook and another for numbers that appear only inside WhatsApp. Alongside each number the sheet should capture the WhatsApp display name and, where it exists, the name I have saved locally.

Once the data-grab is working, I want to extend the same project with a bulk-messaging module that connects through web.whatsapp.com. I’d like the freedom to insert pre-written templates or craft a custom note on the fly, mixing the two approaches in each campaign. Scheduling, basic status reporting (sent, delivered, failed) and the ability to import the Excel list generated above will round it out.

A further phase is an in-built chatbot option. Right now I only need the framework in place so I can configure automated replies later; no hard logic is required beyond the hook that lets me map keywords or triggers when I’m ready.
