"I want to kick-start a lightweight channel-manager designed for short-term rentals across South America. For this first milestone I only need an MVP that proves the core workflow works, so please keep the build lean and focused on essentials.

Core objectives
• User accounts: Host and Administrator roles with a clean, password-reset–ready registration flow.
• Platform links: Connect listings via official APIs to [login to view URL], Airbnb and VRBO. If the same code base can be structured so Decolar and Kayak can be plugged in later, even better.
• Sync engine: Pull and push availability and new reservations every few minutes to avoid double bookings.
• Basic pricing push: Let hosts update nightly rates in one screen and send the change to the connected platforms.
If possible integrate Dynamic Pricing, with ML we can put some priority orders for the listing night rate.
• Starter messaging hub: Show incoming guest messages from Airbnb, allow the host to reply, and schedule one automated “thanks for booking” message.
• Clean, responsive web dashboard in English and Spanish.

Deliverable for this phase
A working web app (any modern stack you’re comfortable with) deployed to a test server, plus brief setup notes so I can replicate the environment. If we’re happy with performance I’ll open new milestones for full multi-platform cloning, guest guide pages, and more automation.
