"I’m looking to put a straightforward real-estate site online so visitors can browse both residential and commercial properties. The focus is clear: showcase listings in an easy-to-use catalog powered by an embedded interactive map, allowing users to see exactly where each property sits without leaving the page.

Scope
• Home page with concise company introduction and quick links to the listings section.
• Listings module that lets me add, edit, and remove properties from a simple admin area.
• Interactive map on each property page—Google Maps or a comparable JS map library—displaying location pins and basic directions.
• Search by keyword, price, or location (simple field search; no complex filters needed at this stage).
• Mobile-friendly layout so the site looks clean on phones and tablets.

Deliverables
• A working site on WordPress, Laravel, or another common stack you’re comfortable with.
• Deployment instructions plus a brief guide so I can update listings myself.
• Basic security setup (HTTPS, spam-protected contact form).
