"I’m building the Feyora Experience Hub—India’s largest, most futuristic virtual tile showroom—and I need a developer who can make every visitor feel as if they’ve stepped inside a living catalogue.

The space must open in a standard web browser yet rival a high-end game engine in look and feel. From the central lobby, visitors will glide into five fully realised zones—Living, Bathroom, Kitchen, Outdoor and back again—each lit with cinematic precision, complete with subtle particle effects, baked reflections and holographic highlights. Any wall or floor they click should instantly swap to a selected tile from my catalogue while an elegant floating panel fades in to show full product details (name, size, finish, price, etc.). Navigation, browsing and colour changes will all be handled through the same minimal, animated UI panels so the user never leaves the scene.

Key points I can’t compromise on:
• Photorealism: PBR materials, ray-traced or expertly baked lighting, and crisp 4K textures where they matter
• Web-only deployment: smooth performance across Chrome, Safari and Edge, with optional WebXR toggles so VR headsets work right from the browser
• Single-line embed: a lightweight iframe or script I can drop straight into any Hostinger page, no extra server tweaks
• Expandable data layer: I need to add or edit tile SKUs later without rebuilding the entire scene
• Futuristic touches: holographic tile previews, animated floating menus, gentle camera moves that feel like a showroom tour, not a slideshow

Deliverables
