"I need a straightforward, secure user-management application built from scratch for a tech-focused environment. The core goal is to let administrators create, update, suspend, and delete user profiles while assigning roles and basic permissions.

Scope
• Design a clean, responsive interface (web or cross-platform) that makes common user-admin tasks intuitive.
• Implement robust authentication (email/password, password reset) and role-based access control.
• Include a searchable, paginated user list and an individual profile view with edit history.
• Provide concise activity logs so I can audit who changed what, and when.
• Deliver clear setup documentation plus a brief video or screenshots that walk through deployment and everyday use.

Tech Notes
I’m open to mainstream stacks such as Python / Django, Node.js / Express, or Laravel—as long as the code is well commented and follows current best practices (MVC, RESTful endpoints, secure password hashing). A simple SQLite or MySQL database is fine for now; structuring it so we can swap in Postgres later is a bonus.
